2008-09 Middle School Supply List (Grades 6-8)

 

• 3 3-ring binders with dividers (1 1/2 inch spine regular size)
• Loose leaf paper (college ruled, approx. 400 sheets)
• Dividers for binders (approx. 10 total)
• Graph paper 1/4" grid
• 3 Composition books
• 1 pack of 4x6 inch index cards (blank on one side, lined on other - 100 pack)
• 4 paper folders with 3 brads, pockets
• 4 large glue sticks
• Set of colored Sharpies
• 4 thin black Sharpies
• 2 Highlighters

 

Note the following:

• Students should have their own supply of pens, pencils, and erasers.

• Agenda (calendar) Choose one that fits personal needs.

• Use a soft sleeve for computer (slimline sleeves without straps preferred).

• Roller backpacks are not permitted due to hallway traffic.

• Choose simple binders and soft zipper pencil cases that fit easily into your locker. The oversized binders are sometimes difficult to squeeze into the 12x12x36 space.

• No permanent decorations are allowed on student lockers. Students may use magnetic decorations/accessories on the interior only of their locker. Students may find it helpful to have locker shelf inserts.
